Wi-Fi Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the wireless internet service (“Wi-Fi” or “Service”) provided by All-Fab Building Components, Dick’s Lumber and Building Materials, and ZyTech Building Systems LP (collectively referred to as “the Company”). By connecting to and using this Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

User Responsibilities
When using the Wi-Fi Service, you agree that you will:

- Not attempt to access, damage, or interfere with any other user’s device, data, or the Company’s network.
- Not use the Service for excessive high-volume data transfers, network hosting, or other resource-intensive activities.

- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you.
Termination of Access

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Modification of Terms
The Company may update or change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
