Sales Coordinator
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Term of Employment: Permanent, fulltime
Salary: Commensurate with candidate's skills and experience
With a “Can Do” attitude, this position will assist the Account Managers with all aspects of customer requirements to provide the best total solution unique to each customer’s needs.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales orders and/or quotes received from Account Managers and customers.
Schedule all orders with Production Scheduler to meet customer expectations.
Prepare files as required for Account Managers.
Provide telephone support to customers.
Assist Account Managers with invoicing issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
Understanding of sales and marketing programs.
Experience in the rough framing and construction process would be considered an asset.
Knowledge in the application of engineered wood product (I-joist, LVL and truss) systems, stairs, tall wall, and conventional lumber packages would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of computer software i.e. MS Office.
Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics operations and the general construction industry.
Ability to research, prospect, identify and qualify clients that fit with ZyTech’s marketing strategies.
Identify short comings in customer’s business process and through technical leadership, set ZyTech into a position of key supplier/partner.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required for this position.
